TERMS OF SERVICE
please read this thoroughly. there is a password included in here that you must say when contacting me, as proof that youve read it. if you dont include it, i will decline your request automatically. this is a safety precaution.i can draw:
humans, furries, ferals & ponies
suggestive art (FOR 18+ ONLY, PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF), moderate gore, bright colors, blood, etc. (depends on request)
couples of any orientation, ship art
your own OCs, other peoples OCs or canon characters
anything for commercial use (depends on request, will be charged extra)i wont draw:
any kind of NSFW, heavy gore, armor, mecha, monsters
complicated background/scenery
offensive/discriminatory and political content (= homophobia, racism, etc.)
problematic/illegal ship artanything followed by "(depends on request)" means that i would like to discuss and approve of your commission first if you want those elements.☆important:
◦ i am allowed to decline any commission for any reason.◦ i ask for basic respect, do not be rude to me or rush me, otherwise i will refuse to work with you.◦ you are NOT allowed to use your commission to trace it, claim it as your own work, repost it without credits to me, remove my watermark, turn it into an NFT, or use it with AI in any way.◦ you are allowed to use your commission for personal use only.
commercial use is only allowed when paying an extra fee. this must be discussed and approved of beforehand.◦ i dont give myself deadlines, but you may request one, as long as they are min. 1 week away from the time when you commission me. please discuss this with me beforehand as i may not always be able to accept it.◦ upfront payment is mandatory. if youre too uncomfortable with that, i am also okay with receiving it after the sketch, please tell me beforehand though. if your commission costs 80€+ and youre unable to pay in full immediately, i am okay with a payment plan. this is only possible if you choose paypal or ko-fi as payment. you will have to pay minimum 25% at the start, the rest can be discussed freely. i will not start working on the commission until it has been paid off.
(please note that backing out from a payment plan is not eligible for refunds.)◦ i can only provide refunds if i havent started on your commission yet, or i failed to finish your commission before your deadline.
at the moment i will not accept refund requests for any other reason. please make sure that you can fully provide the payment and your financial situation is stable.◦ as of now, i can only provide refunds for commissions where paypal/ko-fi or robux have been used as the payment method.◦ i am allowed to post your commission to the public and advertise myself with it in any way if i wish to.◦ my prices may change at any time.◦ my TOS may change at any time. please make sure to reread.☆process:
i will start working immediately once you send the full payment, but it might also take me a few days or weeks to start if i have a long queue, or if im busy.you can check my queue and the progress of your commission here.you are free to ask for WIP drawings at any time.
(please do not post the sketches or WIP drawings publicly! they count as exclusive content and are not meant to be seen by other people.)if you have a deadline, i will move you forward in my queue and prioritize your commission.once im done with the sketch, i will send it to you, where youre free to ask for changes if something doesnt fit.
please keep in mind that after your approval of the sketch, i will not accept additional major changes without extra payment. the payment will increase the further the progress on the commission already is. if i need to redo the entire commission then you will have to pay full price again. minor changes are fine as long as they dont set my progress back and are easily fixable.
example of a minor change: "make the character blush."
example of a major change: "draw the character in a completely different outfit." this would make me have to redo most of the lineart, coloring and shading, which sets the progress back by a lot.after the commission has been finished, i will fully refuse changes.
the only exception is if i made a mistake on my part and forgot any important details. these must be pointed out within a reasonable time though, i will not fix anything several weeks later for example.there is no definite turnaround time. it heavily depends on how detailed your commission is, the complexity of your characters, how big my queue is, and how much free time/motivation i have, but usually im finished within a week or two. at a maximum i will try to be finished within 2 months.
if i happen to take longer, then it will most likely be my real life holding me back. i ask for your patience and understanding in any case. as compensation, i will provide you with a 50% discount on the next commission + an extra free doodle if this happens.i heavily prefer if we could stay in touch at all times for the process. please ensure that you can reply easily in case something needs to be discussed.once i am finished, i will send the drawing to you via the social media you contacted me on. if you would like that to be different, please let me know. the password is "i love the stars".☆by commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. violating any term of this agreement will automatically result in blocking and permanent blacklisting under all my platforms. you will also no longer be allowed to use the artwork, and must cease distributing it in any form. failure to do so will result in copyright infringement. refunds will not be permitted in this case.
LOYALTY CARDS INFORMATION☆you will receive a personal loyalty card after your first commission. do not fill it out yourself, that is my job. please make sure to tell me beforehand if you are eligible for a discount, so that i can confirm and apply it to you. i am usually able to keep track of it myself but i still recommend doing this to avoid any potential mistakes.i will fill the loyalty card out with the username that you contacted and commissioned me with (including the social media). this is done to keep track of your identity. incase you try to commission me on a different social media account, please provide some proof of identity first, otherwise i will not fill your card out. this is necessary to avoid theft and misusage of my services.the VIP loyalty card can be obtained after fully completing the regular one and buying another commission, or the moment you become a monthly ko-fi supporter (20€ tier and above). whenever you happen to complete the VIP card too, it will reset automatically.the loyalty card only applies to you. you are not allowed to gift it away or trade/sell it for someone elses, or any other services.you are allowed to decline the discounts and continue paying the full price if you dont want them for whatever reason, but note that your decision cannot be undone. i will not reapply it later or give refunds if you changed your mind.in the case of a discounted commission having been refunded or cancelled, the progress on your loyalty card will reset. in other words, the same discount can be applied again next time, so that you wont lose itimportant for ko-fi members: the tier discounts and loyalty card discounts are both valid at the same time. however, they will not add up and count as one, but rather be subtracted from eachother.
example: original commission price minus 20%, then discounted price minus 50%.
60€ - 20% = 48€ → 48€ - 50% = 24€
it will not be 60€ - 70% = 18€.
this is done to avoid my prices from going down to a very extreme amount. please understand.please note that the discounts may change at any time.if you already commissioned me more than once before i implemented this service, please contact me with proof that you have, so that you can claim your discounts too ^^theft and misusage of loyalty cards will lead to blocking and permanent blacklisting under all my platforms.my terms of service apply.
