TERMS OF SERVICE
please read this thoroughly. there is a password included in here that you must say when contacting me, as proof that youve read it. if you dont include it, i will decline your request automatically.i can draw:
humans, furries, ferals & ponies
suggestive art (FOR 16+ ONLY), gore, bright colors, blood, etc. (depends on request)
couples of any orientation, ship art
your own OCs, other peoples OCs or canon characters
anything for commercial use (depends on request, will be charged extra)i wont draw:
18+/NSFW, heavy gore, armor, mecha, monsters
complicated background/scenery
offensive/discriminatory and political content (= homophobia, racism, etc.)
problematic/illegal ship artanything followed by "(depends on request)" means that i would like to discuss and approve of your commission first if you want those elements.☆important:
◦ i am allowed to decline any commission for any reason.◦ i ask for basic respect, do not be rude to me or rush me, otherwise i will refuse to work with you.◦ you are NOT allowed to use your commission to trace it, claim it as your own work, repost it without credits to me, remove my watermark, turn it into an NFT, or use it with AI in any way.◦ you are allowed to use your commission for personal use only.
commercial use is only allowed when paying an extra fee. this must be discussed and approved of beforehand.◦ if you post my commission or set it as part of your profile anywhere, you must credit me by @-ing me or adding a link to my carrd.◦ i am okay with deadlines as long as they are min. 1 week away from the time when you commission me. please specify if you have one.◦ upfront payment is mandatory, but if your commission costs 80€+, i am okay with a payment plan. this is only possible if you choose paypal or ko-fi as payment. you will have to pay 50% at the start, the rest can be discussed freely.
(please note that paying the rest of the payment AFTER the commission is finished is NOT an option.)◦ i can only provide refunds if i havent started on your commission yet, i dont/no longer want to work with you, or i failed to finish your commission before the deadline.
i will not accept refund requests for any other reason. please make sure that you can 100% provide the payment and your financial situation is stable.◦ major changes are only allowed to be requested before the commission has been started, or during the sketch phase. after your approval of the sketch, major changes wont be accepted without extra payment. changes of any kind wont be accepted after the commission has been finished, unless there has been a mistake on my part. (check "process" below for more info)◦ i have artistic liberty to create your commission. being extremely strict about every single detail, or asking for changes too many times may result in me stopping the commission and refusing to work with you.◦ i am allowed to post your commission to the public and advertise myself with it in any way if i wish to.◦ my prices may change at any time.◦ my TOS may change at any time. please make sure to reread.☆process:
i will start working immediately once you send the full payment, but it might also take me a few days or weeks to start if i have a long queue.

you are free to ask for WIP drawings at any time.
(please do not post the sketches or WIP drawings publicly! they count as exclusive content and are not meant to be seen by other people.)if you have a deadline, i will move you forward in my queue and prioritize your commission.once im done with the sketch, i will send it to you and ask if everything looks good. youre free to ask for changes if something doesnt fit.
please keep in mind that after your approval of the sketch, i will not accept additional major changes without extra payment. the payment will increase the further the progress on the commission already is. if i need to redo the entire commission then you will have to pay full price again. minor changes are fine as long as they dont set my progress back and are easily fixable.
example of a minor change: "make the character blush."
example of a major change: "give the character a completely different outfit." this would make me have to redo most of the lineart, coloring and shading, which sets the progress back by a lot.after the commission has been finished, i will fully refuse changes.
the only exception is if i made a mistake on my part and forgot any important details.there is no fixed turnaround time. it heavily depends on how detailed your commission is, how big my queue is, and how much free time/motivation i have, but usually im finished within a week or two. at a maximum i will try to be finished within 2 months.
if i happen to take longer, then it will most likely be my real life holding me back. i ask for your patience and understanding in any case. as compensation, i will provide you with a 50% discount on the next commission if this happens.i heavily prefer if we could stay in touch at all times for the process. please ensure that you can reply easily in case something needs to be discussed.once i am finished, i will send the full product to you via the social media you contacted me on. if you would like that to be different, please let me know. the password is "i love the stars".☆by commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. if you violate any term of this agreement, your license to use the artwork is automatically revoked. upon revocation, you must immediately cease using and distributing the artwork in any form. failure to do so will result in copyright infringement. you will also be blocked and blacklisted, never being allowed to contact or interact with me again.
