TERMS OF SERVICE
i can draw:
humans, furries, ferals & ponies
suggestive art, gore, bright colors, blood, etc. (depends on request)
couples of any orientation, ship art
anything for commercial use (depends on request, will be charged extra)please note that im more used to drawing female/feminine characters, i can still draw masculine things but i might struggle, i apologize in advance!i wont draw:
18+/NSFW, heavy gore, armor, mecha, monsters
offensive/discriminatory and political content (= homophobia, racism, etc.)
problematic/illegal ship artanything followed by "(depends on request)" means that i would like to discuss and approve of your commission first if you want those elements.-important:
◦ i am allowed to decline any commission for any reason.◦ i ask for basic respect, do not be rude to me or rush me, otherwise i will refuse to work with you.◦ you are not allowed to use your commission (or any of my other drawings for that matter) to trace it, claim it as your own work, repost it without credits to me, turn it into an NFT, or use it with AI in any way. youre also not allowed to use it for commercial use unless you paid extra for it.◦ i am allowed to work on the commission at my own pace. i dont work with strict deadlines.◦ upfront payment is mandatory, but if your commission costs over 100€, i am okay with a payment plan. this is only possible if you choose paypal or ko-fi as payment. you will have to pay 50% at the start, the rest can be discussed freely.
(exception: paying the rest of the payment AFTER the commission is finished is not an option)◦ please only commission me if you are 100% sure that you can fully provide the payment.◦ refunds are allowed, but only BEFORE the commission has been finished. once i am finished i will not give you your money back.◦ if you want to change something small in the finished product, like adding tiny details i might have forgotten, feel free to tell me. if you ask for me to change more than that, you will have to pay extra. (check "process" below for more info)◦ i am allowed to post your commission to the public and use it as an art example if i wish to. if you dont want this, please tell me beforehand.◦ my prices arent fixed and may change at any time.◦ to prove that you have read my TOS, you must say "i love the stars" when contacting me, this is the password. if you dont include it i will decline your commission automatically.-process:
once you send me the payment, i typically start working on it immediately, but it can also take me a few days to start. you can check the status of your commission here, so that you dont always need to ask how far i am. still, dont be afraid to contact me! i dont mind sending WIPs.once im done with the sketch, ill send it to you and ask if everything looks good. youre free to ask for changes if something doesnt fit. please keep in mind that after your approval, i will not accept additional changes without extra payment. the only exception is if i made a mistake on my part and forgot some tiny details.there is no fixed turnaround time. it heavily depends on how detailed your commission is and how much free time i have, but usually im finished within the same week. at a maximum it can take me up to 2 months.once i am finished, i will send the full product to you via the same social media that you contacted me on. if you want that to be different, please let me know.by commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. if you violate any term of this agreement, your license to use the artwork is automatically revoked, and refunds will not be accepted. upon revocation, you must immediately cease using and distributing the artwork in any form.click here to go back
